All of our songs and creations are individually produced based on the details you provide.
Because they are personalized digital products, there is no statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
By confirming your order and starting the production process, you expressly agree that the creation of your personalized song begins immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once production has started.
We understand that plans can change — which is why we offer a voluntary goodwill cancellation option before production of your song begins.
If you cancel your order before production starts, we will refund 50% of the purchase price as a gesture of goodwill.
Once the creative process has started, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
How to request a cancellation:
Send an email to hi@love-stories.ai including:
your order number, and
a short explanation of why you’d like to cancel.
We will confirm receipt and notify you of the current production status.
If your AI-generated song is delivered incorrectly, contains technical issues, or does not match the information you provided, please contact us immediately at hi@love-stories.ai.
We will review the issue promptly and offer a fair solution — for example, a correction, new delivery, or partial refund.
Please check your delivery as soon as it is provided so that we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Due to the personalized nature of our creations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Personalized songs or digital products after production has begun
Digital content after delivery (e.g., via email or download link)
Gift cards
Custom-made or promotional products
Goodwill refunds (before production): 50% refund within 14 days after confirmation of your cancellation
Refunds for defects or incorrect deliveries: within 14 days after review and approval
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method
Shipping or payment processing fees are non-refundable
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund confirmation and you have not received the funds, please contact us again at hi@love-stories.ai.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this policy.
